Catch Jason Wilber and Tim Grimm in Chicago on July 9th
Wow, the John Prine post generated some response. Glad to see that people are still discovering him.
I also got an email from Shane Prowett, a John Prine fan, who's booked Prine's guitarist, Jason Wilber, to perform a solo show at the PC Lounge in Bolingbrook, IL--just outside of Chicago--on Saturday, July 9th.
I know what you're thinking... ok, Jason may do a good job of playing guitar for Prine, but that doesn't mean that he'll be worth seeing as a solo performer. True.
